How I Perform This Surgery
I make a tiny 8mm incision and insert an endoscope (a tiny camera with a light and working channel) directly to the site of the herniated disc. This allows me to selectively remove only the portion of the disc that is pressing on your nerve, leaving the healthy disc entirely intact.
