Scoliosis & Deformity Correction
Restoring balance, posture, and confidence. Expert surgical correction for complex spinal curvatures.
"Deformity surgery is the ultimate test of a spine surgeon's architectural skill. We aren't just relieving pain; we are completely rebuilding the structural foundation of the body. When a patient stands up straight for the first time in years, it is profoundly emotional."
Is this right for you?
You might be a candidate for this procedure if you are experiencing:
- Visible curvature of the spine (Scoliosis or Kyphosis).
- Uneven shoulders, waist, or a prominent rib hump.
- Severe, fatiguing back pain that worsens throughout the day.
How I Perform This Surgery
Using advanced 3D navigation and continuous nerve monitoring, I meticulously place screws and rods to gently but firmly realign the spine into its natural, balanced position. We often use bone grafts to fuse the corrected segments together, ensuring the spine remains straight permanently.
